We would like everyone, especially those in leadership roles to view this video about “Collective Intelligence”. If it is the only thing you do today it would be one hour well spent. It should be played at the University of Guyana for the professors and students. A few highlights beginning at 5:34 in the video with Tom Malone
- Just having a bunch of smart people in a group doesn’t necessarily make a smart group.
- Collective intelligence is correlated with:
- Social perceptiveness
- Equality of participation in conversation
- Proportion of females in group
